Squash



Squash is one of my favorite vegetables and I'm always looking for new ways to cook with it (besides fried squash)!  I found this today and am going to try it this weekend:

Drizzle honey, olive oil, and a pinch of salt over fresh peeled squash cut into large chunks, stir to coat, and place in a preheated oven (400 degrees) for 15 minutes or until soft.  The squash will be crisp on the outside, tender inside!
