I have a bone to pick.  Why is it that women feel that Halloween is the time of year to dress up slutty?  I hate seeing girls dressed up on Halloween night in lingerie or as dirty girl scouts/nurses/french maids/the list goes on forever.  I just don't get it!  There are so many better options and at the same time you can look cute and respectable!  Here are some fun ideas:
